Glink for Windows is a terminal emulator for organizations that have chosen Windows as their workstation environment.

Glink can be run as a freestanding Windows workstation application, installed and configured on individual workstations. This is the ideal solution for situations where you need maximum flexibilty and individual control over configuration and administration.

Glink can also be run as a Windows workstation application that is installed, updated, configured and controlled centrally from a web server, with no end-user intervention. This is the ideal solution for managing large numbers of non-specialist users, with the advantage of licensing a number of simultaneous sessions rather than purchasing a license for each workstation.

Regardless of how you run Glink, the functionality is the same. In addition to high quality emulations, Glink has the tools and interfaces you need in order to increase the productivity of your Windows workstation users. Glink supports Windows standard OLA automation controller and server for integration with standard Windows applications. Glink supports the traditional programmatic interfaces (IBM EHLLAPI, HLLAPI and Bull UVTI) used by many workstation applications to access legacy applications. For development of new, more advanced workstation applications that access legacy systems Glink offers both COM+ and .NET. The choice depends on the type of application being developed.
