Known Errors

These are the known errors in our products, logged as reported with versions and platforms affected as well as corrections and work-arounds.

This list is largely historical, since it records all problems that have been reported throughout G&R history. Only the most recently reported problems still exist, unless you are using a very old copy of the product, in which case you should update the product to the most recent version.

E0950: Glink, Invalid expiry date when upgrading demo license

When upgrading from a Glink demo 30 days trial period version
with a license Expiry date of 000030, to a production license
without an expiry date, you might experience the following error:

  Invalid or expired date, use 0 or YYMMDD, e.g. 001231

This error occurs if the original demo 'nn' days expiry date has
expired and you entered '0' as the new expiry date.

The work-around is to leave the Expiry date: field empty and
click OK.
