We will provide support of your software evaluation by e-mail.

If you have questions or need support, please give us as much information as possible. That way it will be easier for us to assist you:
 

Customer:	your name and location
Platform:	Windows 7/8/10, Windows Server 2008/2008 R2/2012/2012 R2/2016, Linux/AIX/UNIX version
Description:	give us a plain text description of what happened, what should have happened etc.
Ass. materials:	remember to include the associated materials: traces, configuration files, command lines, screen captures/videos or whatever else is relevant.
