Support is offered to customers that has purchased G&R software with a support agreement.
When you ask for support, please provide as much information as possible:
your name and location
your activation key or license information
the name and version of the G&R product
Windows, iOS, Android, Java, AIX/Linux version
give us a plain text description of what happened, what should have happened etc.
remember to include the associated materials: traces, configuration files, command lines and whatever else is relevant.
